GeorGe rHoADSGood Time Clock IVIn 1984, George Rhoads designed and constructed “Good Time Clock IV,” a delightful mixed media sculpture with more than twenty moving balls and an electric motor. It has been exhibited at the Aldrich Museum, the Santa Barbara Museum of Art, and UC Santa Barbara; loaned to LaGuardia airport; and displayed in a shopping center. It was loaned to the Santa Barbara Airport in 1990 by DWB and has been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of passengers since then.
